• No remuneration of any kind will be paid to participants/insureds either directly or indirectly.
• Neither the $100 paid to seed the irrevocable insurance trust nor the premiums financed by the financial institution are tax deductible to the insured.
• All life insurance applications will be completed only by licensed insurance agents licensed in the appropriate state.
